These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service, including the website at retirecalmapp.com and all associated content, tools, and downloadable resources.
RetireCalm™ is an educational retirement resource platform providing general information, planning tools, health guidance, and curated links for newly retired individuals. All content on the Service is available free of charge. The Service is supported by optional user donations and affiliate partnerships.
The Service includes a Monte Carlo Retirement Calculator, budget templates, Social Security guides, Medicare information, health and wellness programs, senior discount resources, government resource links, and affiliated partner referrals.
You should always consult a licensed financial advisor, attorney, accountant, physician, or other qualified professional before making any financial, legal, health, or retirement-related decisions. RetireCalm LLC is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

RetireCalm™ contains affiliate links and partner referral links, which are clearly labeled with a "Partner" badge. When you click a Partner link and complete a qualifying action (such as requesting a quote or enrolling in a plan), RetireCalm LLC may receive a referral fee from the partner company. This fee is paid by the partner and is at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the editorial content or recommendations on RetireCalm™. We include free, unaffiliated resources (such as SHIP counseling) alongside all paid partner links. Our goal is to present the most helpful resources for our users, regardless of affiliate status.
Current affiliate partnerships include Medicare insurance marketplaces and related financial services for retirees. A complete and current list of affiliate partners is available upon request at support@retirecalmapp.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RetireCalm LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
RetireCalm LLC's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed $5.00 (five dollars).
This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if RetireCalm LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RetireCalm LLC expressly disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RetireCalm LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
RetireCalm™ is a registered trademark of RetireCalm LLC. All content on the Service — including text, graphics, tools, calculators, downloadable templates, and the site design — is the exclusive property of RetireCalm LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission from RetireCalm LLC.
RetireCalm™ is completely free to use. We accept voluntary donations through our "Support RetireCalm™" payment link powered by Stripe. Donors choose their own amount with a minimum of $1.00. Donations are voluntary and do not unlock any additional content or features — all content is freely available to every visitor.
Due to the voluntary nature of donations, all payments are final and non-refundable except at the sole discretion of RetireCalm LLC. If you have a billing issue, contact support@retirecalmapp.com and we will resolve it promptly.
The Service contains links to third-party websites including government agencies, affiliate partners, and other external resources. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.
RetireCalm LLC has no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. Links to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content. When you leave the RetireCalm™ website, you are subject to the terms and privacy policy of the destination site.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in New Jersey. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and RetireCalm LLC individually. You expressly waive any right to bring a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RetireCalm LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
RetireCalm LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For significant changes affecting your rights, we will notify users via email where possible.
RetireCalm LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RetireCalm LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements relating to the Service.
